What’s a fall feast without sweet potatoes? This classic recipe may remind you of delicious memories of past family meals and Thanksgiving dinners. The best part is it’s easy to make.

The Recipes of Fall: Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 2 large cans sweet potatoes, drained

  • 3/4 C. oats
  • 3 T. flour
  • 3/4 C. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 C. melted butter
  • Mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients with a mixer.

  2. Grease a baking dish and pour in.

  3. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over.

  4. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 25 minutes.

  5. Put marshmallows on top.

  6. Bake for 5 more minutes.
